Pricing

The company offers to its customers pricing in the form of official quotations, which are based upon all known circumstances at the time of quotation. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Should the point of order fall outside of this initial 30 day period, the company reserves the right to re-issue any quotation in these circumstances to ensure all commercial details are both current and correct.

Prices quoted and ordered against are fixed for the remainder of that calendar year concerning the labour and overhead element of the price. Material or currency fluctuation cannot be mitigated against and the company reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly based upon these critical elements.

It should be noted that these elements could have either a negative or positive effect on any selling price issued by the company by way of official quotation.

Historical pricing records held by customers need to be revalidated by customers for parts which have been inactive for a period of at least 12 twelve months. Please contact the sales office to ensure commercial information is both current and correct.

Samples

Samples are used to validate a product to a drawing specification, match an existing item to the proposed item or for production validation when a trial build is needed to prove a process or production line.

The company is pleased to provide free of charge samples to its industrial customers. However, free unlimited quantities of samples are not feasible. In order to provide both a structure and process to follow, please note the following information:

  • Parts listed in the company's websites are all available to be sampled.
  • Each sample request will be dealt with immediately upon its receipt via phone, fax, post or email.
  • Each free of charge validation sample submission will consist of a maximum 2 samples per part number.
  • Repeat sample requests for any part number will be dealt with at the discretion of the company.
  • All sample requests are sent via standard postal service at no cost to the customer.

The company assures customers that the sample submission procedure is a vital aspect of our business, one that we fully support. The company feels that the procedure detailed above clarifies and simplifies the sample submission process and ensures that customers are offered good quality samples in a speedy manner with little or no commercial impact once production volumes are achieved.
