New building update

GBK having committed to the new operating base are now heavily involved in the refurbishment work, which is well underway. The building which is recognised as the FIRST purpose built cinema in the UK, with further potential claim to the world, needs significant refurbishment.

Specialist contractors have been engaged & these include:

Ross's Roofing: Full removal, refurb & insulation of the tile roof
Richard Haythornthwaite Joinery Ltd: Strip out the building, replace windows, install wall cladding & offices
E Rushton Electrical Ltd: Building wiring, CCTV, datacomms & lighting installation
B Greenwood Plumbing & Heating: Heating and plumbing installation to the building
Hanson Fabrication Ltd: Roller shutter doors & site fencing
Pete Gardiner Building Svcs: General building and remedial works
